STAY IN L'ESCALA

ADVANTAGES OF VACATION RENTALS

There are places to enjoy and places to feel. In L'Escala, well-being begins when you set the pace: from that first quiet coffee in a kitchen that feels like your own, to the freedom to return from Empúries beach without looking at the clock.

While hotels offer you a stay under their rules, choosing a vacation rental in L'Escala means betting on authenticity. It is having a private terrace where the Mediterranean breeze is the only protagonist and enjoying stays with character that allow you to connect with the seafaring spirit of the town. It is ceasing to be a client to become an inhabitant of the Costa Brava.

What's the point of squeezing into a room if you can open the doors of an entire house with a pool by the sea?

Since I entrusted the management of my apartment to them, my life is much calmer. They take care of everything: the guests, the cleaning and the maintenance. The income is stable and far exceeds what I was getting on my own. An excellent decision.

Professionalism and results. That's what I found. They had been trying to rent my property in a traditional way for years and in a month they had it operational and with the first reservations. The communication is fantastic.
