To register your property, the following documentation is required:
- HUT Number: Registered with the Registre de Turisme de Catalunya.
- NRA Number: Unique Registry for Short-Term Rentals.
- Public Liability Insurance: Specific to the property.
- Habitation Certificate (Cédula de habitabilidad) and Energy Efficiency Certificate (CEE).
If you do not have any of these documents, we can handle the entire administrative process for you. We ensure that your property meets all legal standards, so you don't have to worry about the red tape.

Yes. Through the owner's intranet, you can check your property's availability and block the dates you need for personal use.
We handle all cleaning during the rental period.
Cleanings between guest reservations and the final end-of-season clean are included in our service.
The initial setup and cleaning at the start of the season, as well as cleaning during the owner's personal stays, are the responsibility of the owner.
If the damage is due to misuse by the guest, the corresponding amount will be withheld from their security deposit to cover the cost.
If it is a matter of reasonable wear and tear from normal use, we will inform you and propose the most suitable solution.
You can check your property’s calendar at any time via the owner’s intranet to see the booked dates.
We prepare a statement of accounts between October and November to settle the rentals for the entire season.
During the season, we can arrange advance payments based on the bookings generated up to that point.
No. We take care of all legal procedures related to bookings, such as:
- Guest registration and communication with the Mossos d’Esquadra (local police).
- Settlement of the tourist tax.
- Declaration of short-term rentals linked to the NRA.
